I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained gardens. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the spacious and comfortable rooms on the second floor. The location was perfect, just a short distance from downtown, making it convenient to explore this city. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring that my every need was taken care of.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are well-decorated and comfortable, with quality mattresses and linens. The staff is polite and attentive, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy the fresh pool and beautiful gardens, including fruit trees. Additionally, the hotel is friendly for special needs individuals, which is a rare and appreciated feature.
The portions at the restaurant are small for the price, and the food lacks flavor and quality.

Beautiful colonial-style mansion with a stunning garden. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated with a view of the pool and garden. The amenities were excellent, including a large, clean swimming pool. The restaurant and bar were nicely decorated and offered a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was polite and attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, including fresh fruits. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
The balconies could have been larger and the blackout drapes didn't fully close. However, these minor inconveniences did not greatly impact the overall experience.

The only downside was the small balconies and imperfect blackout drapes.

Beautiful colonial style mansion with a stunning garden. Excellent breakfast with a variety of Western and Mexican options. Convenient location for those attending a wedding or special event.
Ants in the bathroom, a common issue in Mexico. No iron in the room, only an ironing board.

Great pool overlooking beautiful gardens, comfortable and clean rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel is also located in a convenient area near restaurants and shops.
The restaurant was overpriced and the quality of the food was mediocre. , the noise from the nearby highway could be bothersome at times.
